     Find the monument in Glasgow's Centennial Park to Frank Padget, a slave who saved lives at the expense of his own life at Balcony Falls. 

     Play tennis in Glen Maury Park. 

     Get an ice cream cone and take a stroll at dusk through the campuses of Washington and Lee University and VMI. 

     Stop at the Liberty Hall ruins just west of Lexington off Rt. 60.
